Challenge

FARA created new video content that presented the brand in a new light, positioning it as the leading charity shop for second-hand fashion and a trusted voice in its London communities. They wanted to use this video content to:

  1. Grow online awareness within communities where FARA's shops operate

  2. Drive a new wave of supporters to the charity, either as customers, donors or volunteers.

Solution

I worked with the FARA team to create and deliver a two-strand paid social media campaign to deliver on its brand awareness and supporter acquisition objectives.

This multi-channel campaign was built to engage with its target Gen X and Gen Z audiences, using Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to reach them.

I managed the delivery of the entire campaign, making necessary optimisations to adverts and ensuring the campaign exceeded its initial targets.

This month-long campaign generated:
